Trust building workshops. If you've been in one, you might know how...awkward they can be.
I say one of the first team RPs we do should be a trust building workshop. It would include all of those thing they make you do to build trust with other teammates, like the one where you have to fall backwards and trust your partner to catch you.
And obstacle courses where you have to work together to get through. All this stuff before we actually try a versus role-play?
