If a student does not wish to participate, they could choose 'neutrality,' or the white team, and do extra studies or a different assignment (or operate as mediators/informants between the two belligerent teams), but the principal, who earlier introduced himself as Principal "Rome", insists that participating in teams would be a better experience.
