Name and Number:
Matthieu Williams -- 10-3
Nation:
Canada
Gender:
Male
Age:
16
Year:
3rd/Junior
Birthday:
July 1st
Team:
Blue
Personality:
Matthieu easily blends in to the background, and tends to fail at standing up for himself, often being too quiet to make an argument. He is smart, observative, kind, and calm (for the most part, until someone mistakes him for Alfred). Loves nature, maple syrup, hockey, and his stuffed polar bear... what was it again? Kumakichi? Oh, right, sorry... Kumajiro.
History:
He is Alfred's half-brother, sharing the same father. His mother moved with him to Canada, so he rarely saw his sibling while growing up, although when they did meet, they got along for the most part. His mother was a biologist, and thus he was raised to love and respect nature (In fact, his first word was maple, but at the time, it was more like "may-puw"). On Matthieu's second birthday, he got a plush polar bear, which he later named Kumajiro.
He did well in school (he started in first grade, skipping kindergarten, hence his age of 16 in junior year), except for being counted absent alot, due to teachers not noticing him. He had a few friends, most who were also the kind of kids that no one noticed.
His life has carried on the same thus far in the World Academy. He's that silent kid that sits in the back and does all his work, occasionally forgetting a thing or two But perhaps with the way this year will be, with the teams now, that will change.
And if you're wondering, yes, he still has Kumajiro. He brought the bear with him to the Academy.
School Identity:
Student, he is in the Forever Alone Club (I'm kidding guys). He has tried to attend various clubs, but they always seem to forget he's actually in them
Skills:
Being mistaken for Alfred, being forgotten, being nearly invisible
RP Sample:
Matthieu snuggled closer to himself, shivering in the cold auditorium. He looked up, readjusting his glasses, at Principal Rome. Apparently, they had to choose teams. But... if you were on teams, that meant you had to be against someone. Of course, he could go neutral, but that would mean he'd probably end up doing some backstabbing. That was just against the way he worked. Mattie listened as the other students picked which sides they'd be on. He noticed that his half-brother chose the Blue Team... well, there was at least someone he knew on this side. He was starting to doze off, wondering if they forgot about him, when he was startled by hearing "Number 10-3". 10-3? That's me... They remembered me!
He headed on up to the stage, his decision already made. "Blue team...", he mumbled into the microphone.
"What was that?"
"I choose to join the Blue team."
Maple, he just hoped he wouldn't regret this.
Other:
I speak some French, yay! I'm not on a WHOLE lot, cuz school is evil, and I need to pass and stop slacking off... Random fun fact- I have an adorable guinea pig named Ginger. She was on my lap when I finished this. Ah, and I know my stuff is short. I summarize, tend to compact things rather than drag them out. Which is why I get low grades on random essays in English, because my teacher grades by length instead of content >.<
