((Aja…Sorry this took so long to create, but it’s done now. And damn, crappy title xD:))
The opening ceremony…How boring. The only thing that the tall girl found mildly interesting was the information about the information about the school wide competition. Competition…The thought of it brought a genuine grin to the girl’s face. Oh, she couldn’t wait. She could just feel the adrenaline coursing through her veins.
The small little strip of paper containing her pass code was carefully placed- or more like stuffed- into her pocket. One arm was slung over a small box, the other dragging a slightly bigger suitcase behind her. Eh, she didn’t have much to bring in the first place, so why have so much luggage?
Upenyu attentively looked at each number on the various doors as they passed by. 34…35…36…37…Ah, 38. Arriving in front of the door, she placed the box on the floor and immediately searched her pockets for her pass code. Once she found the crumpled piece of paper, she glanced down at it once and started punching in the code.
22-01-54-99
The door didn't open though which warranted a low groan from the Zimbabwean. She glanced down to the small paper again and noticed her mistake. "Mah..." she grumbled, "It's a 23, not 22."
With another groan and a quick swipe of her hand through her short hair, she started to punch to code in again.
Definitely not a great way to start the year.

((Sorry for the really slow reply...))
Mei strode down the hallway, dragging her luggage behind her as she searched for her dorm room - Room #38. A wide grin appeared on her face. What a wonderful coincidence it is that her room number was also the generation number for the current group of the Twelve Holy Knights!!! There was no other number that she like better, except 54, which was Kudou Shinichi's birthday, and 175, which was ¦Bª¢'s height in centimeters, and 518, which was Kira Yamato's birthday...She stopped that train of thought before the switch to her fangirl mode clicked on.
She groaned and rolled her eyes when she realized that, while she had been distracted by the thoughts of various anime and light novels, she had walked right past her room without noticing. She turned around and backtracked to the door that had a gold plate with the number 38 on it. Standing in front of the door, Mei took a moment to compose herself and to rearrange her expression into one more befitting of a student of espionage. If her roommate was already in the room, she definitely did not want to walk in with that fangirl smile on her face. That wouldn't help with the first impressions.
Mei took a deep breath, then typed in the passcode. She opened the door and found herself in a dark and empty room with two beds and two desks. Looks like she isn't here yet... Leaving her luggage in an out-of-the-way place by the wall, she crossed the room with quick strides and pulled the curtains back, letting the natural light flood the room. Her fingers left smudges on the otherwise clean window as she pretty much plastered herself to it in an attempt to look outside. ¦nº}«G...
