Kiku sighed as he stared at the entrance to the cafeteria and at all the unfamiliar faces streaming past him. He'd managed to avoid the crowds the first few days of school by spending the first part of the lunch period elsewhere and then rushing to the cafeteria to grab something to eat in the last ten minutes, but today...he had resolved to go in with the rest of the students. By missing out on most of lunch, he was missing out on getting to talk to and socialize with other people, something pretty essential to a normal high school career. Not that this school was normal. Not in the least. The whole Red Team/Blue Team/White Team thing could attest to that.
Once the first wave of students had passed, Kiku managed to muster up the courage to shuffle into the building, immediately overwhelmed by all the noise. Dozens of conversations were occurring all at once, creating a cacophony of voices. Kiku was definitely not used to this, having eaten in the classroom with just his classmates back in Japan or on the rooftop with just a few people.
He bit the inside of his lip and moseyed over to the end of the lunch line, eyes looking around, trying to take everything in. He stole a glance or two at the strangers next to him in line, curious about how they managed to handle it. It'd take a while to get used to this. Maybe he'd be able to be a part of the masses of conversation soon.
((Bahaha, the title of this thread is so weeaboo-y. My apologies.))

Lunch time. The best class of the day, in Amelia opinion. Social by nature, she flourished in when there were many people around. The cafeteria was packed as usual, with all shapes and sizes of students and some teachers. As a private school, the food was actually very good. Amelia was running late, missing the opening rush; she didn’t mind that too much, but she hoped there was still desert. She spotted several of her friends, waving to them excitedly from across the room. Despite the fact that this was her first year of the school, she had managed to become quite popular.
Navigating the sea of students coming and going, she bounced into line. Distracted by the food that was being served, she bumped into the boy in front of her. “Oh, sorry!” She exclaimed as her breasts brushed against his back. She blinked, realizing that he was smaller than she was, and she hoped that she didn’t hurt him.

((Sorry this is so late! ;A; School had me swamped all week.))
E-Ehh...? Kiku felt...something...soft against his back for the slightest second, vaguely reminiscent of the Giga Puddi he and his friends back in Japan decided to make one day. He turned around slowly, a small blush creeping into his face. The girl was quite pretty and reminded him of one of the characters in the latest galge he'd purchased.
"A-Ah...no, it's alright." Kiku gave a small smile and bowed shallowly before noticing the line had moved up. He shuffled forward, lacing his fingers together and feeling a little awkward. Maybe it would be good to introduce himself? He turned back around when the line stopped moving again, "Um...nice to meet you. I'm number 108 and I'm new here. Might I ask for your number?"
